TGH Children's Hospital Pediatric Trauma Fund

We are small but mighty…Just like our patients! The TGH Children’s Hospital Pediatric Trauma team is the first and currently only program on the west coast to achieve verification from the American College of Surgeons (ACS) as a LEVEL 1 center for the quality of its trauma care. In addition to being a health care leader in Tampa Bay, we treat severely injured patients from all over the state.  Tampa General transports patients from 23 surrounding counties aboard six Aeromed helicopters equipped with the most advanced pediatric life support. The purpose of this fund is to support the research, education, and advocacy to help improve the care and treatment of injured kids and their families.
