Support the TGH McNichols Team Member Assistance Program

While the hospital held strong against the effects of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, many TGH team members are experiencing tremendous loss. We are already beginning to deploy resources from the McNichols Team Member Assistance Program, and your support at this time will help our community’s medical teams rebuild.


At TGH, we believe that taking care of our team members is our first priority so they can provide critical world-class care to our patients. Your gift to the McNichols Team Member Assistance Program helps TGH team members who are experiencing financial hardship due to loss from Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. 


In addition to the McNichols Team Member Assistance Program providing financial support to TGH Team Members who experienced hardship following the hurricanes, this fund also helps team members with expenses such as utility bills, rent and mortgage payments, medical bills, and more. TGH Team Members who work at least 16 hours per week are eligible to apply for assistance on day one of employment. All requests are submitted anonymously, and are vetted through the TGH People and Talent department. Since this fund was established in 2009, over $2.27M has been distributed to more than 2,240 team members in need. In 2024 alone, over $727,800 was provided to TGH team members. As TGH continues to grow, the need for this fund becomes greater.
